How often will I be charged the subscription fee?

Chatham Cork Club members will be charged once a year to the member account

How will I be charged for my wine brought through the Chatham Cork Club?

Once we received your order and the wine is delivered to the clubhouse, we will charge your member account directly

Why is tax & service charge not included on the order?

As this is billed directly to your member account, this will reflect on your statement. If you would like an invoice/receipt, please send us an email and let us know

Once I order my wine, how long will it take to come?

Usually, it will take 7-10 business days to fulfill an order

How do I let you know what wine I want in my locker and what wine I want delivered?

You can put a note on the order to let us know where you want the wine to go

Can I request specific wines that are not on the website?

Absolutely, we are your wine concierge so just fill out the wine concierge question sheet on the main page and we will look into it

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?

One of your wine concierges will let you know via email when your order is ready.

Can we bring wine from home and put in our locker?

All wine in lockers have to be purchased from the club. 

Will I be charged a corkage fee for wine in the lockers?

No, you will not be charged a corkage fee. If you are part of the Cork Club the corkage fee is waived

Do you accept refund or a return of product?

As we order based on what orders receive, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. We will not be able to refund or return any wine.
